Transformations Care is a complete recovery and addiction resources provided. In this substance abuse treatment program. We don’t farm anything out or phone anything in. We do everything right here, from medical detox to residential inpatient treatment to IOP and outpatient. Our program is honest, holistic, evidence-based and comprehensive. Insurance and Substance Abuse Treatment

Transformations Care works with most major health insurance companies. If you want to know what your plan covers, the easiest way is to give us a call or submit a form through our website for insurance benefits verification. This only takes about an hour, sometimes less.

After that we’ll do a phone interview to figure out how what form of treatment is going to benefit you most. This will empower you to make an informed decision about substance abuse treatment for yourself. Feel free to call us directly or submit a form online for insurance verification and call for the assessment later. We’re sorry that we can’t work with state-funded plans such as Medi-Cal or Medicare.

All we need for insurance verification is:

• A health/medical insurance card
• Your (or the patients) full legal name, date of birth and social security number (or last 4 digits)
• A phone number to call you back at once we have some answers.

Transformations Care will pick you up from any local address, airport, train or bus station. Once you get to our detox you will see a nurse to check your vitals and get some information and we’ll start your detox protocol and get your comfortable as soon as we can. Any pain, anxiety or sleeplessness you have will be carefully treated. This is what we do here and we’ve been down this road ourselves. • Get clinical approval for admission to Transformations Care (we won’t leave you hanging).
