      Transformations is one of only a few facilities that exist in the South Bay.  The owners, admissions staff, and other support staff are amazing.  They are active members of the AA community and they genuinely care about the people that come through their program.       An accommodating staff with a diverse background specializing in both detoxification and initial care for a variety of substance issues up to and including suboxone w/d.
Post three years of following my primary physicians protocol I had been seeking a means to step off of buprenorphine with some strong apprehension based on prior experiences as well as numerous articles ultimately describing the experience as beyond strenuous both physically and mentally for multiple months consecutive to stepping off the medication.
While TCI''s medical staff had some experience with the type of medical care needed for the step down, accommodations were made to not only cater to an elongated taper to step off of a 32mg daily dosage, my stay was extended ensuring that I would be able to exit as comfortably as could be possible while ensuring I was to leave no longer on the medication. Given my preliminary apprehension I am happy to say while grueling in some regard the totality of the step down was far less difficult than initially expected.
Many thanks to the treatment team and the compassion, kindness and understanding exhibited by all that make up the team. In a sea of treatment centers and medical detox centers TCI has the right ingredients to provide acute care to anyone seeking freedom from any substance or medication.

      Transformations is a great place to get on your feet if you actually want to be clean. If uou don't actually want to get sober and on your feet then don't waste anyone's time. TCI is cut to the chase. Being in and out of recovery myself I haven't been able to dig and dive and figure out what I needed to do. 10/10 highly recommend, nothing will work if you don't actually want change your life.

      A family by choice.  Roman, Paul, Kendal, Michelle, Cecily and Anoush💝⚓️. Transformations is where I was given suggestions and the tools I needed to find myself! A place where it was suggested to me to “BE HONEST”.  Best suggestion I have ever followed. TCI is a place where I learned to trust perfect strangers that wanted nothing from me other than to see me succeed in a clean and sober life.  My journey began with a painful admission to my daughter that “I felt unimportant and that I didn’t matter” followed with many phone calls until i was connected with Kendal and Michelle.  Those voices on the other end of the phone gave me the encouragement I needed to walk through the front door and get the guidance I needed.  Transformations became a safe place where I was able to be completely honest another person without judgment. Eight and a half months later the family at Transformations is a part of my heart... An amazing group of people that truly care and support me in my ongoing success in my life.
